Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalency/GED required
1 yr experience working in a certified child development center
Strong collaboration and communication skills are required.
Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners are essential to this position.

Nice To Haves

Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field or CDA preferred
Prior experience in Montessori a plus
