Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, education, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience working in employment services, coaching, case management, or human services preferred.
  • Previous leadership, scheduling, or team coordination experience preferred.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills and the ability to work through multiple tasks simultaneously under time constraints.
  • Excellent communication, customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • At least an intermediate level of competency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook and basic computer systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and the ability to travel to other locations is required.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains and coordinates Employment Coach schedules to ensure appropriate staffing coverage and service delivery.
  • Manages call-in coverage by adjusting schedules and coordinating staffing needs for planned and unplanned absences.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for immediate staff questions, concerns, and day-to-day operational support across all department programs.
  • Audits case notes and documentation to ensure accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and quality standards are met.
  • Provides coaching coverage and direct support services as needed to maintain continuity of participant services.
  • Assists with monitoring staff productivity, schedules, and workflow needs.
  • Supports onboarding and ongoing guidance for Employment Coaches, Case Managers and Employment Placement Specialists regarding documentation expectations, scheduling procedures, and service standards.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert and provides mentorship and ongoing development for Employment Coaches, Case Managers and Employment Placement Specialists.
  • Partners with leadership to support strategic priorities and achieve performance goals.
  • Helps identify operational challenges and collaborate with leadership to develop solutions.
  • Promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on professionalism, accountability, and quality service delivery.
  • Maintains confidentiality of participant and organizational information in accordance with agency policies and regulations.
  • Completes additional duties as assigned by leadership.
