Responsibilities
- Help foster a positive, encouraging, and growth-focused team culture
- Support staff through mentorship initiatives and day-to-day encouragement
- Assist with onboarding and helping new team members feel welcomed and supported
- Partner with the Regional Mentorship Coordinator to help staff feel connected, confident, and successful
- Work closely with center leadership and mentorship teams
- Provide quality supervision to technicians and celebrate staff accomplishments
- Model professionalism, positivity, and strong communication
- Continue developing your own leadership and mentorship skills
