The University of Mississippi is conducting a search for an Assistant Men's Basketball coach.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Related experience and education may be considered for this role on a 1:1 substitution basis.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all areas to include planning and organizing practices and competitions, recruiting, compliance, promotion, administration, and development of student-athletes in a Division I program.
• Coach and develop an assigned position group, focusing on fundamentals, technique, and position-specific skills.
• Contribute to weekly game planning, including reviewing opponent film, identifying tendencies, and recommending adjustments.
• Break down and evaluate practice and game film to assess player performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop correction plans.
