Assistant Men's and Women's Swim Coach
About The Position

This position is responsible for assisting in all facets of our Swimming program. In addition to individual and group training of student-athletes within the swimming team, duties include recruitment and development of student-athletes. This salary range is for the duration of the sport season.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Demonstrated background as a student-athlete and/or coach in intercollegiate track and field
- Ability to articulate, promote and work effectively within the academic and athletic standards of Roanoke College
- Ability to articulate, promote and work effectively within the NCAA Division III philosophy
- Working knowledge of NCAA and ODAC rules
- Must be able to complete the I-9 form at the time of hire; sponsorship not available
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends, with extensive travel

- Make phone calls with potential recruits, current recruits, or anyone else associated with the recruiting process
- Maintain a positive relationship with swimmers and coaches
- Be energetic and positive on deck
