About The Position

The Assistant Member Experience Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional member experience and advancing Securityplus Federal Credit Union's vision to be our members’ first choice. This role supports the day-to-day operations of the branch, guides and motivates team members, and ensures that every interaction reflects our mission and values. In this role, you will coach your team to deliver outstanding service, build meaningful member relationships, and maintain operational excellence. You will also serve as acting manager in the absence of the Member Experience Manager and represent Securityplus in the community. Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience (required)
  • Two (2) years of banking experience
  • Certified Financial Counselor (CCUFC) Designation (required)
  • Eligibility to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS).
  • Availability to work Saturdays.

Nice To Haves

  • One (1) year of supervisory experience, preferred
  • NMLS designation or ability to obtain, preferred

  • Help members adopt our digital banking tools and technology to enhance convenience and accessibility.
  • Serve as the first line of defense against fraud and ensure strict adherence to policies and regulations.
