The Assistant Member Experience Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional member experience and advancing our vision to be our members’ first choice. This role supports the day-to-day operations of the branch, guides and motivates team members, and ensures that every interaction reflects our mission and values. In this role, you will coach your team to deliver outstanding service, build meaningful member relationships, and maintain operational excellence. You will also serve as acting manager in the absence of the Member Experience Manager and represent Securityplus in the community. Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience (required)
  • Two (2) years of banking experience
  • Certified Financial Counselor (CCUFC) Designation (required)
  • Eligibility to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS).
  • Availability to work Saturdays.

Nice To Haves

  • One (1) year of supervisory experience, preferred
  • NMLS designation or ability to obtain, preferred

  • Inspire, mentor, and coach team members to provide exceptional service and uphold our CARES values every day.
  • Assess each member’s unique financial situation and recommend products and services that directly address their needs and enhance their financial well-being.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships by understanding member needs and connecting them with financial solutions that promote security and success.
  • Model our commitment to empowering financial security and being our members’ first choice through every action and decision.
  • Partner with local organizations, conduct presentations, and participate in events that promote Securityplus membership and brand visibility.
  • Help members adopt our digital banking tools and technology to enhance convenience and accessibility.
  • Serve as the first line of defense against fraud and ensure strict adherence to policies and regulations.
