About The Position

Provides personal care assistance to patients under the direction of licensed personnel and the Administrative Coordinator. Performs other duties as assigned. Performs direct patient care duties and assists with patient procedures under the direction of licensed personnel and a physician, following established policies and procedures. Helps ensure patient safety, performs clerical tasks and related duties, and completes assigned goals.

Requirements

• Completion of an approved nursing or medical assistant course and/or on-the-job training.
• Skill in communicating clearly and effectively in standard English, in written, oral, and verbal formats, to achieve high productivity and efficiency.
• Ability to write legibly and record information accurately as necessary to perform job duties.
• Computer literacy.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

• A minimum of one year of experience.
