Requirements

  • Strong understanding of MPS/MRP systems (SAP preferred) and ability to integrate with JIT and Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Strong effective leadership skills.
  • Ability to apply continuous improvement tools such as pull systems, process mapping, and JIT.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and diverse backgrounds.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to read production drawings and understand manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements: frequent walking, bending, kneeling, stair climbing, and standing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Demonstrated ability to participate in goal setting, performance feedback, and self‑development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing the Demand Plan based on sales backlog.
  • Support creation of the Supply Plan using production inputs.
  • Contribute by driving monthly shipments to meet AOP goals.
  • Support forecast throughout the month.
  • Support ongoing S&OP rollout, including forecasting and inventory management improvements.
  • Support Material Planners and oversee supplier releases.
  • Partner with Customer Service to ensure timely shipments.
  • Support cycle count programs to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Support continuous improvement of material management systems.
  • Contribute to achieving customer OTD goals.
  • Contribute and drive AFM channel to meet customer needs.
