Requirements

Strong understanding of MPS/MRP systems (SAP preferred) and ability to integrate with JIT and Lean Manufacturing principles.
Strong effective leadership skills.
Ability to apply continuous improvement tools such as pull systems, process mapping, and JIT.
Effective communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels.
Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and diverse backgrounds.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to read production drawings and understand manufacturing processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to meet physical requirements: frequent walking, bending, kneeling, stair climbing, and standing.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
Demonstrated ability to participate in goal setting, performance feedback, and self‑development.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent relevant experience.
Minimum 5 years of management experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing the Demand Plan based on sales backlog.
Support creation of the Supply Plan using production inputs.
Contribute by driving monthly shipments to meet AOP goals.
Support forecast throughout the month.
Support ongoing S&OP rollout, including forecasting and inventory management improvements.
Support Material Planners and oversee supplier releases.
Partner with Customer Service to ensure timely shipments.
Support cycle count programs to ensure inventory accuracy.
Support continuous improvement of material management systems.
Contribute to achieving customer OTD goals.
Contribute and drive AFM channel to meet customer needs.
