The Assistant Marketing Manager for Candidates at SEEK will be part of a fast-paced and supportive environment, contributing to complex challenges that directly impact people's lives and help evolve the business. This role supports the strategy and execution of candidate-facing marketing initiatives across Jobstreet by SEEK. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager for Candidates, the position is key in delivering integrated campaigns, partnerships, content, community programs, and events to enhance candidate awareness, trust, engagement, and conversion. The role also assists jobseekers in building stronger profiles and standing out to hirers. As part of the Candidate Marketing Team, the role contributes to broader marketing objectives under the guidance of the Head of Marketing. Collaboration with local and regional marketing teams, as well as brand, digital, partnerships, communications, social, and product marketing functions, is essential to ensure alignment with business priorities and market needs. This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration, project coordination, and stakeholder management to support impactful candidate marketing strategies across multiple touchpoints.
