About The Position

As an Assistant Manager at Domino’s, you will help ensure the smooth operation and success of the store. You will oversee daily operations while maintaining high standards in customer service, team leadership, and operational excellence. The role includes participating in a training program of up to 16 weeks; during training, pay is $14 per hour. Upon completion, placement is at Level 1, starting at $14 per hour, or Level 2, starting at $15 per hour, based on training performance and readiness.

Requirements

• Leadership experience, preferably in food service or retail.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store activities, including food preparation, order accuracy, and timely deliveries.
• Monitor inventory to minimize waste and manage food costs.
• Schedule and manage labor to optimize productivity while meeting labor budget targets.
• Lead training for new team members and support ongoing development of existing staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store that meets company standards and health regulations.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns, aiming to deliver a five-star experience.
• Model and motivate team members while fostering a positive, fast-paced, and supportive workplace culture.
