About The Position

Toppers Pizza is seeking several Managers-In-Training (MITs) to join their team. This is an opportunity to join a growing company in the better-pizza delivery market. The ideal candidate is a dedicated team player who wants to make a difference and have fun while doing it. The MIT will assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring guest satisfaction. A key responsibility will be to develop, direct, and supervise the team to achieve sales and profit objectives while maintaining high standards of product quality, service, cleanliness, organization, and sanitation. The program is designed to develop MITs into General Managers of Topper Pizza stores.

  • Prior experience in one or more of the following roles/brands is highly desirable: shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager, toppers pizza, Papa Murphys, chick-fil-a, dominos, pizza hut, McDonalds, Burger King, Starbucks, Chipotle, Wendys, Taco Bell, KFC, Arbys, Panera Bread.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Develop, direct, and supervise the Team to attain sales and profit objectives.
  • Maintain the highest standards of product quality, service, cleanliness, organization, and sanitation.
  • Be developed to become a General Manager of a Topper Pizza store.
