The ASSISTANT MANAGER role requires strong leadership qualities, first-class professionalism, and hands-on technical knowledge. The Assistant Manager is accountable for overseeing people, daily workload, and overall shop workflow. This role involves developing a strong shop culture, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining exceptional service standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding communication skills, a service-oriented leadership style, and a proven ability to assess, set, and achieve sales and service goals for the location.

Requirements

  • Heavy-duty diesel mechanic experience and tire service expertise are strongly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of fleet maintenance operations.
  • Ability to work directly with customers to ensure their vehicles are serviced efficiently and professionally.
  • Excellent people skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • Integrity, reliability, and a positive attitude.
  • Strong leadership, people, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with courage, candor, and professionalism.
  • Eagerness to mentor and help others succeed.

  • Hands-on mechanical experience, particularly with heavy-duty diesel and tire repair/service.
