About The Position

Prairie Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise based in Charlotte, is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead restaurant operations. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Proven restaurant management experience; pizza-industry experience is preferred but not required.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Financial acumen and understanding of profit and loss statements.
Commitment to exceptional customer service.
Ability to follow pizza-making standards and maintain a clean, professional appearance.
