About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for store operations during a scheduled shift, including cost, inventory, and cash control, as well as customer relations. The role includes performing Customer Service Representative and Delivery Driver duties, managing a shift team, serving customers, preparing and delivering products, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness and professional appearance. Assistant Managers progress through four stages of management training, with opportunities for promotion and increases in hourly pay toward becoming a store manager. The position offers weekly pay, management training and advancement opportunities, flexible schedules, and employee discounts. Full open availability is required.

Requirements

Experience leading a team.
Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
Valid driver's license.
Access to reliable transportation.

At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Oversee all store operations during the scheduled shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
Manage a shift team of approximately 3 to 30 employees.
Greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register, and collect payments.
Prepare fast, accurate, and consistent products according to portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously by vehicle.
Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including customer-facing and back-of-store areas.
Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
