As an Assistant Manager, you’ll help lead daily operations, support team development, and create a consistent, high-quality customer experience. Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day site operations alongside the Site Manager
Support, coach, and develop Customer Service Attendants through training and feedback
Help create a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment
Resolve customer concerns professionally and confidently
Adjust staffing priorities throughout the day based on business needs
Monitor site cleanliness, safety, and operational consistency
Perform preventative maintenance and assist with equipment troubleshooting
Step into Customer Service Attendant responsibilities as needed
Participate in leadership meetings, training, and continuous development opportunities
