About The Position

The Assistant Manager oversees all aspects of operating a retail and food location. The role includes hiring, training, and scheduling 20–60 coworkers; working in the kitchen; ensuring food safety; ordering and inventory control; managing P&Ls; and cleaning and stocking the store. Assistant Managers are typically scheduled 45 hours over a five-day workweek and receive time and a half for additional hours worked over 40 in a week.
