About The Position

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Community Manager with the daily operations of the Taylor Pointe property, a 168-unit apartment community. This role involves maintaining stable occupancy, meeting financial goals, building strong resident relations, providing excellent customer service, assisting with training and directing site personnel, establishing positive community relationships, and being on-call as scheduled.

Requirements

  • 1 - 2 years previous property management experience preferred
  • Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred
  • Yardi software experience preferred
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

  • Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
  • Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
  • Establish positive relationships within the community
  • Be on-call as scheduled by management
