About The Position

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Community Manager with the daily operations of the property at Taylor Pointe, a 168-unit apartment community in Vero Beach, FL. The role involves maintaining stable occupancy, meeting financial goals, building strong resident relations, and providing excellent customer service. The Assistant Manager will also assist in training and motivating site personnel and establishing positive community relationships. On-call duties as scheduled are also part of the role.

Requirements

• 1 - 2 years previous property management experience preferred
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred
• Yardi software experience preferred
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management
