About The Position

Domino's is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Assistant Manager to help ensure smooth store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role includes overseeing daily operations, managing shifts and employees, supporting the store manager in meeting sales targets and improving performance, and maintaining a positive work environment. The Assistant Manager also handles customer orders and concerns, cash and financial transactions, inventory, team training, store cleanliness, food safety, and implementation of company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in basic math and problem-solving.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management.
