It also ensures company processes and digital fulfillment strategies are used, supports inventory and payroll management, and follows opening, closing, and company directive procedures. The position is responsible for maintaining a safe store environment, enforcing policies and procedures, protecting company assets, following inventory and cash-control practices, using available reporting and technology, and ensuring compliance with HAZMAT training and execution. Physical requirements include extended periods of standing and walking, recurring bending and reaching activities, and lifting moderately heavy items. The role may require working in other stores from time to time.
