About The Position

This is a position that carries a great deal of broad responsibility for ensuring the highest-quality client service and patient care at the practice. You will help to oversee other staff to ensure an exceptional client experience. Primary responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations of the practice. You will work closely with the manager to ensure smooth practice processes, select eyewear, troubleshoot patient/client issues, and fit lenses. Requirements

• 1+ years of experience

• Experienced in optical practice operations
• Experienced in optical sales
• Familiarity with optical/eyewear/fashion trends
• Able to think and act quickly on your feet and identify emerging issues before they become "issues"
