About The Position
The Assistant Manager is responsible for running shifts smoothly and efficiently, ensuring employees follow Domino’s policies, and making sure products meet Domino’s standards. The role includes understanding the delivery area and routing drivers, as well as supporting food preparation, customer service, order handling, and store opening and closing procedures. A background check and driving eligibility motor vehicle record (MVR) are required.

- Must be eligible to deliver orders safely and efficiently.
- Must pass a background check.
- Must meet driving eligibility requirements based on an MVR.
Responsibilities
- Run shifts smoothly and efficiently.
- Ensure employees follow Domino’s policies and products meet Domino’s standards.
- Understand the delivery area and route drivers on deliveries.
- Deliver orders safely and efficiently when eligible to do so.
- Wash dishes, fold boxes, and prepare food for the day’s usage.
- Answer phone calls and take orders.
- Handle money and ensure order labels are placed on the correct boxes.
- Assist walk-in and drive-thru customers.
- Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed, including inventory, bank deposits, and preparing the store for the next day.
