Assistant Manager (1455) - 1003 Burlew Blvd
About The Position
This role is responsible for everything that happens during a shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, profitability, and customer relations. The Assistant Manager must set an example, follow all company policies and procedures, and ensure the crew does the same. Additional responsibilities include staffing, paperwork, food management, adherence to company standards, providing great customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, maintaining store cleanliness, and local store marketing. The position requires working well with team members and other store management.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Some supervisory or management experience is required.

- Food service management experience is a plus.
