About The Position
Domino’s is seeking a dependable, motivated Assistant Manager to help lead the team, deliver excellent customer service, and keep daily store operations running smoothly. The position involves leading shifts, supporting employees, serving customers, preparing food, and assisting the General Manager with staffing, scheduling, and store goals. Restaurant or supervisory experience is preferred, and training is provided. Full-time management team members are eligible for co-pay health insurance. Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and assign tasks to team members.

- Follow food safety standards and maintain store cleanliness.
- Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and help reduce waste.
- Handle cash, reconcile registers, and assist with opening and closing.
- Support the General Manager with staffing, scheduling, and store goals.
- Ensure team members follow company policies and required break procedures.
