About The Position

The Assistant Manager helps lead the Domino’s team, provide excellent customer service, and keep daily store operations running smoothly. The role includes leading shifts, supporting team members, handling food preparation and orders, maintaining food safety and cleanliness, managing inventory and cash procedures, and supporting the General Manager with staffing and store goals. Training is provided, with opportunities to advance to General Manager based on performance and available positions.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and assign tasks to team members.

• Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Train and coach employees on service, food preparation, and store procedures.
• Follow food safety standards and maintain store cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and help reduce waste.
• Handle cash, reconcile registers, and assist with opening and closing.
• Support the General Manager with staffing, scheduling, and store goals.
• Ensure team members follow company policies and required break procedures.
