Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a sales-driven Assistant Spa Manager to help lead our spa operations. Responsibilities

Assist in leading the daily operations of the front desk.
Train and coach sales associates.
Partner with the Spa Manager to foster a positive, client-focused, and team-oriented culture.
Lead by example by building meaningful relationships with clients and recommending personalized membership and service solutions.
Coach, motivate, and inspire a sales team to achieve performance goals.
Educate guests on services, enhancements, retail products, and membership options.
Manage or assist with administrative responsibilities, including scheduling, inventory management, and sales reporting.
Perform other operational tasks while maintaining excellent organization and attention to detail.
Adapt approach to meet changing business needs.
