Position Overview: As an Assistant Manager at Burger King, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. You’ll work side-by-side with the General Manager to drive performance, coach team members, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires drive, passion, and a relentless pursuit of success.

Requirements

  • Comfortable working flexible hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet during shifts

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality food, prompt service, and a clean environment.
  • Assist with opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and shift execution.
  • Help with recruiting, training, scheduling, and coaching team members to bring out their best, and keep the vibe upbeat and productive.
  • Create a welcoming and positive guest experience with every order.
  • Handle concerns with professionalism and turn frowns into loyal fans.
  • Assist with inventory counts, supply orders, and managing food and packaging costs – helping the GM keep the restaurant stocked and efficient.
  • Work with the GM to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and labor goals.
  • Ensure food safety standards and cleanliness guidelines are followed.
  • Uphold company policies and health codes.
