You’ll work side-by-side with the General Manager to drive performance, coach team members, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires drive, passion, and a relentless pursuit of success.

Requirements

Comfortable working flexible hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet during shifts

Prior restaurant or retail supervisory experience
High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality food, prompt service, and a clean environment.
Assist with opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and shift execution.
Help with recruiting, training, scheduling, and coaching team members to bring out their best, and keep the vibe upbeat and productive.
Create a welcoming and positive guest experience with every order.
Handle concerns with professionalism and turn frowns into loyal fans.
Assist with inventory counts, supply orders, and managing food and packaging costs – helping the GM keep the restaurant stocked and efficient.
Work with the GM to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and labor goals.
Ensure food safety standards and cleanliness guidelines are followed.
Uphold company policies and health codes.
