About The Position

Domino's Pizza is hiring assistant managers. This role requires a natural leader with sound judgment, empathy, people management insight, and the ability to multitask. As an assistant manager, you will gain valuable work experience in customer service, inventory management, and people development. You will be responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You will set the example by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expecting the same from your crew. The role also involves leading a team toward the goal of selling more pizzas and having more fun, while being responsible for staffing, paperwork submission, food management, scheduling, maintaining image standards, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Must have access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
  • Must pass a Criminal Background Check.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during your shift.
  • Lead by example, ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures.
  • Manage staffing, paperwork submission, food management, scheduling, image standards, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
  • Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, and meet strict quality control standards.
  • Coordinate with coworkers and customers, analyze and compile data, and make sound, ethical judgments and decisions in a timely manner.
  • Provide enthusiastic customer greetings and handle customer concerns with a positive personality.
  • Operate, clean, and maintain all store facilities and equipment.
  • Prepare products according to Domino's specifications and guidelines.
  • Take inventory and stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage, work areas, walk-in or reach-in coolers, and complete associated paperwork.
  • Receive and process telephone orders expeditiously.
  • Utilize navigational skills to read maps, locate addresses, and navigate diverse terrain for deliveries.
  • Accurately and quickly perform basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and make correct monetary change.
  • Utilize a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
