About The Position

Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our 2520 Bardstown Road location in Louisville, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our store operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading our team to achieve our goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service or retail industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Proficiency in math and problem-solving for effective money management and decision-making
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in store operations and point-of-sale systems
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 15 people.
  • A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
  • You will also need access to reliable vehicle that is insured and have a valid driver's license
  • You have to be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Manage and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards
  • Run shifts efficiently, ensuring smooth operations during peak hours
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Assist in training and developing new team members
  • Manage cash handling and financial transactions accurately
  • Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards
  • Collaborate with the store manager to implement company policies and procedures
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
  • Contribute to creating a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and customer satisfaction
