About The Position
Heroic Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead restaurant operations. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting and motivating the team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and helping the store meet its business objectives. The Assistant Manager is expected to maintain a clean, safe, welcoming store and uphold Domino’s standards for food preparation, appearance, efficiency, and customer service. Responsibilities

- Prepare pizzas in accordance with Domino’s standards and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance, follow the Domino’s dress code, and represent the brand positively.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and provide friendly, positive customer service.
