About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring an Assistant Manager (Manager in Training) to oversee all store operations and take responsibility for what happens during a shift. The role includes controlling costs, inventory, and cash, maintaining customer relations, setting a positive example, and helping ensure the store runs effectively. Assistant Managers also perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience leading a team.
• Strong judgment, math, and multitasking skills.
• A positive attitude and the ability to motivate a team.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, which may include standing, lifting, carrying, pushing, bending, squatting, reaching, and performing various hand tasks and properly using machines, tools, or equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage 3 to 30 employees during a scheduled shift.
• Take responsibility for all store operations.
• Control costs, inventory, and cash, and maintain customer relations.
• Greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register, and collect payments.
• Prepare products quickly and accurately while following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including customer-facing and back-of-store areas.
• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s Pizza Uniform and Grooming Standards.
• Perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
