About The Position
This role is for a Bilingual Spanish Assistant Manager in a retail store. The Assistant Manager will partner with the Store Manager to oversee all aspects of daily retail store operations. This includes assisting with merchandising, product launches, and ensuring sales objectives are met and exceeded. The primary goal is to ensure customers have an extraordinary experience with AT&T products and services. The role involves coaching a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals, and the company provides paid training for leadership success.
Requirements
- Speak Spanish and English.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
- Prior management experience.
- Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
- The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
- Strategic perspective and the ability to champion change.
