About The Position

Domino’s is hiring Assistant Managers for night shifts, specifically from 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM or 1:00 AM. Weekend availability is a mandatory requirement. This role demands strong leadership skills to manage busy shifts, multitask effectively, make decisions, and support the team. The Assistant Manager is expected to be hands-on, helping to organize operations and ensure the team's success during peak hours. This is not a supervisory role where one stands back; it requires active participation in keeping the store running smoothly.

Requirements

• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
• Can consistently work 5:00 PM–12:00 AM or 1:00 AM shifts, including weekends and Saturdays
• Stays calm and focused under pressure
• Can prioritize tasks when several things need attention at once
• Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do
• Communicates clearly and leads by example
• Is dependable, accountable, and ready to take ownership of a shift
• Has a positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Is at least 18 years old
