About The Position

Domino’s is hiring Assistant Managers for night shifts — 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM or 1:00 AM. Weekend availability is a MUST! We're looking for an Assistant Manager who is great at multitasking, comfortable making decisions, and ready to lead during our busiest shifts. This isn't a position where you just stand back and supervise. We need someone who can jump in, keep things organized, and help the entire team succeed. Night shifts and weekends are required. Applicants must be able to consistently work these evening and late-night hours. Our evenings and weekends are some of our busiest times, and we need dependable leadership in the store when it matters most.

Requirements

• Has excellent multitasking and organizational skills
• Can consistently work 5:00 PM–12:00 AM or 1:00 AM shifts, including weekends and Saturdays
• Stays calm and focused under pressure
• Can prioritize tasks when several things need attention at once
• Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do
• Communicates clearly and leads by example
• Is dependable, accountable, and ready to take ownership of a shift
• Has a positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Is at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Keeping orders moving accurately and efficiently
• Supporting team members during busy rushes
