About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring an Assistant Manager for its restaurant operation. The franchise has 14 locations and presents opportunities to learn, grow, and pursue a restaurant management career. Assistant Managers are responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls and customer relations. They are expected to follow all policies and procedures and to set and enforce the same standards for employees and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Manage all activities during the assigned shift.
• Handle cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.
• Maintain customer relations and provide great customer service.
• Follow all policies and procedures and ensure employees and coworkers do the same.
• Manage staffing and paperwork.
• Manage food and work to a schedule.
• Maintain store cleanliness.
• Support marketing and profitability.
