About The Position

United Skates of America Inc., an industry leader for over 50 years in recreation and family entertainment, is seeking to hire outgoing management candidates to join our team. This roller-skating facility offers roller and in-line skating, a large game arcade, a novelty redemption shop, a pizza café, and birthday parties. We are looking for Assistant Managers with an outgoing, "Lead by Example" management and leadership style. The ideal candidate will have successful operations and management experience in entertainment, hospitality, restaurant, retail or related fields. A flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays is required, but the company will work around the applicant's availability. Proven experience with cash control, comfort entertaining 100 or more guests, and eagerness to learn business financials and statistics are also desired. A fun guest experience mentality is essential. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule, fun environment, and room to grow.
