Employees may encounter food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces and tools, sharp edges, moving mechanical parts, and adverse weather during outdoor tasks or deliveries. Physical tasks include standing, walking, lifting and carrying supplies, pushing or pulling trays, climbing stairs or ladders, bending, crouching, reaching, and driving. Some deliveries may involve climbing five or more flights of stairs. The role requires communication with customers and coworkers, accurate order entry and money handling, and the ability to direct activities, work under stress, make decisions, and meet quality standards. Advancement opportunities may include General Manager, franchisee, or Manager Corporate Operations.
