About The Position

Fast Stop Markets is hiring an Assistant Manager to help lead the team and support smooth daily store operations. The role contributes to a fast, friendly, and clean environment where customers feel welcome and employees are valued. The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager, takes charge of store operations in the General Manager’s absence, and helps create a positive customer and employee experience.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Dependability, professionalism, and excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to work alongside the team and lead by example.

• Previous convenience store or retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with daily store operations.
• Take charge of store operations when the General Manager is away.
• Lead by example to create a positive, productive work environment.
• Greet, assist, and thank customers while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Promote store specials and recommend products to customers.
• Support team members in all aspects of store operations.
