About The Position
Domino’s is hiring a dependable, motivated Assistant Manager to help lead the team, provide excellent customer service, and keep daily store operations running smoothly. The starting pay is $17.00 per hour. The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager with staffing, scheduling, and store goals. Restaurant or supervisory experience is preferred, and training is provided. The role includes leading shifts, assisting with food preparation and orders, maintaining food safety and cleanliness, handling inventory and cash, and training and coaching employees. The position requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and assign tasks to team members.
- Take orders, prepare food, and ensure orders are accurate and on time.
- Answer customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
- Train and coach employees on service, food preparation, and store procedures.
- Follow food safety standards and maintain store cleanliness.
- Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and help reduce waste.
- Handle cash, reconcile registers, and assist with opening and closing.
- Support the General Manager with staffing, scheduling, and store goals.
- Ensure team members follow company policies and required break procedures.
