About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for the daily operations and service of the store, helping deliver hot, fresh food promptly and providing good customer care. The role assists the store manager with store procedures, team coordination and training, inventory, food safety, customer service, cash handling, cleanliness, and marketing initiatives. The position requires work in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Assist the store manager with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Supervise and coordinate team members to support an efficient workflow.
Train new employees on Domino's standards, procedures, and customer service.
Monitor inventory and place orders as needed.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and Domino's operational standards.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally and promptly.
Manage cash-handling procedures and reconcile daily sales transactions.
Conduct store inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company standards.
Support marketing initiatives and promotions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
