Store Managers are responsible for hiring, developing and leading all store associates while ensuring optimal customer experiences, effectively overseeing all store operations, and maintaining brand standards. They develop the strategies and plans to achieve key performance indicators and financial targets through business analysis, action planning, effective communication and consistent accountability. Assistant Managers, as part of their development, support the Store Manager in all areas outlined and are responsible for all Primary Duties when the Store Manager is not present. Primary duties include providing supervision and support for daily goals and activities to deliver an exceptional client experience, maximizing sales and customer loyalty, and ensuring all brand standards are met. They also engage, train, and develop their teams, actively recruit, coach associates, and maintain positive associate relations. Operationally, they ensure execution of all company processes, manage inventory, payroll, and store opening/closing procedures. Additionally, they are responsible for maintaining a safe store environment, protecting company assets, and ensuring compliance with HAZMAT training.
