As an Assistant Manager at Massage Envy, you will play a vital role in supporting and assisting the General Manager with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the location.
Requirements
- Experience at an assistant management or sales lead level
- Ability to motivate multiple employees in diverse fields
- Successful track record in goal management
- Friendly, motivated, and sales-driven attitude
- Experienced in sales and customer service in a retail setting
- Experienced in training staff
- Strong administrative/back office skills
