About The Position

Domino's Pizza is hiring Assistant Managers. This role requires a natural leader with skills in judgment, math, and multitasking. Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change.
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
  • Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
  • Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within a designated delivery area.
  • Ability to carry pizzas and beverages while performing walking and climbing duties.
  • Ability to drive pizzas within a designated delivery area.
  • Ability to walk between the store and delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the customer's location.
  • Ability to navigate five or more flights of stairs during product delivery.
  • Far vision and night vision for driving.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing all aspects of a shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
  • Setting an example for the crew and ensuring 100% adherence to all policies and procedures.
  • Managing staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, and food management.
  • Working according to a schedule and maintaining a perfect image and adherence to standards.
  • Providing great customer service.
  • Ensuring attendance and punctuality.
  • Maintaining store cleanliness.
  • Participating in marketing efforts.
  • Achieving profitability.
  • Operating all equipment.
  • Stocking ingredients from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and walk-in coolers.
  • Preparing product.
  • Receiving and processing telephone orders.
  • Taking inventory and completing associated paperwork.
  • Cleaning equipment and the facility.
  • Delivering product by car and to the customer's door.
  • Delivering flyers and door hangers.
  • Navigating adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
