About The Position

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their team at Cholla Ranch, a 180-unit apartment community in Buckeye, AZ. The Assistant Manager will support the Community Manager in the daily operations of the property. This role is ideal for motivated individuals looking to make a difference in affordable housing and grow personally and professionally.

Requirements

• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Nice To Haves

• 1 - 2 years previous property management experience preferred
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred
• Yardi software experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management
