About The Position

First Community Credit Union is currently seeking an Assistant Vice President (AVP) for our Morton Ranch location (Northwest Houston). The AVP ensures that branch operations are effective, efficient and in compliance with credit union policies and procedures. The AVP assists the branch Vice President to ensure the smooth flow of branch operations. The AVP performs supervisory duties as directed by the branch VP and handles inquiries and situations that are more complex and require supervisory attention. This may include but is not limited to scheduling, counseling, problem solving, training/development and performance reviews.

Requirements

  • One to three years of banking and/or financial experience, in which achieving goals was needed.
  • Saturday availability is required.

Responsibilities
