About The Position

The Assistant Manager oversees all store operations during a scheduled shift, setting an example for employees and maintaining high standards for customer service, product quality, safety, and cleanliness. The role combines management responsibilities with the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers. Assistant Managers manage teams of 3 to 30 employees and help create a positive, productive workplace. The position requires availability when the team needs support, including weekends and holidays, when stores are busiest.

Requirements

Experience leading a team.
Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
Access to a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver's license.
At least 18 years old.
Willingness to work when needed, including weekends and holidays.
Good judgment, math skills, and ability to multitask.
Strong attitude and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee all store operations during the scheduled shift, including cost, inventory, and cash control and customer relations.
Perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
Manage and motivate a team of 3 to 30 employees during the shift.
Greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register, and collect payments.
Prepare products quickly, accurately, and consistently while following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
Set a positive example for employees through punctuality, attitude, customer and coworker interactions, and professional standards.
