About The Position
Our Domino's Pizza General Managers are the backbone of our business. As an Assistant Manager, you will be a key part of the leadership team, handling crucial aspects of store operations while learning through experience how to eventually become a General Manager one day or more! This includes: Leading and developing your team, Setting High standards for customer service, Maintaining High product quality standards. Our Assistant Managers run shifts alongside the General Manager. They keep the team on track, the pizzas right and customers happy. Requirements
- 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Organized, motivating and calm in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift
Nice To Haves
- Restaurant experience preferred
- Management experience a plus
