About The Position

Welcome to Paradise Pizza Inc, d.ba. Domino's! Locally owned and operating near the beautiful emerald coast in the panhandle of Florida. The company is actively seeking future managers, specifically Assistant Managers, to serve as the second in command of a million-dollar business with the potential to advance to the top leadership role. This challenging position requires natural leadership qualities, strong judgment, mathematical proficiency, and the ability to multitask. This is a part-time, hourly role where you will oversee all aspects of your shift. Training will be provided for those new to managing people or making pizzas. You may also be asked to assist at other nearby locations. The role involves working 5 days per week, including most weekends, with shifts varying between day (9am-4/7pm), night (3-5pm-1am), and mid (12pm-8/10pm). You will be accountable for everything that occurs during your shift, encompassing people management, operations, sales, and profits. This includes ensuring team safety, training, and fostering a positive culture. You are expected to lead by example, adhering to all company policies and procedures 100% of the time, and ensuring your crew does the same.

  • Prior experience in Domino's OR prior experience managing people
  • 18+ years of age

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Eligible to work in the USA
  • Currently residing near store location

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of your shift

  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
  • Prepare product
  • Receive and process telephone orders
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
  • Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
  • Make correct monetary change
  • Take and process orders using verbal, writing, and telephone skills
  • Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
