This role is for an Assistant Manager, envisioned as a 'future manager' and 'second in command of a million-dollar business'. It's a challenging position requiring natural leadership, judgment, math skills, and multitasking ability. The company emphasizes a fun and flexible work environment and offers valuable work experience. Training is provided for those new to management or pizza making. The position is part-time and hourly, requiring work 5 days a week, including most weekends, and may involve helping at other nearby locations. You will be accountable for all aspects of your shift, including people, operations, sales, and profits, and are expected to lead by example while adhering to all policies and procedures.

  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen

  • Prior experience in Domino's OR prior experience managing people
  • 18+ years of age
  • Good driving record
  • Ability to use Outlook / Email services
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Good background check
  • Eligible to work in the USA
  • Currently residing near store location

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of your shift
  • Be accountable for everything that happens within your shift, whether People, Operations, Sales, or Profits
  • Ensure the safety, training, and culture of your team
  • Lead by example
  • Follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew
  • Operate all equipment
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
  • Prepare product
  • Receive and process telephone orders
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
  • Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
